Dear GaijinPot Employers,

We would like to express our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the victims of Friday’s earthquake and tsunami devastation.

As you may already be aware, due to the huge surge in traffic which overwhelmed our sites following last Friday’s earthquake despite our very best efforts there have been times when it has not been possible to access GaijinPot.

We apologize for this interruption to our service and any inconvenience caused as a result and would like to inform you that our IT team is doing its very best to keep the sites up and available 24/7.

We would also like to inform you that due to the ongoing power-outages, limited or suspended train services in the Tokyo area and uncertain situation at the Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant we have decided to temporarily limit Customer Support services to email support only until further notice.

We regret any inconvenience that this may cause and hope that we will be able to return to normal operations mode within the next few days.

In the mean time, we will do our very best to accommodate all email support requests within a timely manner.
